Langley Cottage is a modern and contemporary cottage, nestled in the gardens in an exclusive development of 6 other houses. It does not look onto anyone and has a sense of being in the country while only being a 5 minute walk to the town down the river. The cottage has parking right outside the door on the drive.

The cottage itself has a large bedroom with a super king bed, feather quilt and pillows to compliment the cotton bedding to provide the best sleep.

The large bathroom has a walk in shower with a rainfall shower the perfect way to wake up after a good nights sleep. The large Jacuzzi bath is the best way to relax at the end of a busy day.

The large modern kitchen / living area has a fully equipped kitchen including integrated dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave along with a hob.  Perfect when you fancy a home cooked meal, or a take away and a cosy night in, in front of the log fire.  [more information…]

There is a small discreet patio area outside for an evening drink and to relax at the end of the day.

The cottage has oak flooring throughout and underfloor heating.

Pets

We welcome one pet dog (two by arrangement only).

There is an enclosed garden area you can use, and there is a beautiful river walk within 2 mins of the Cottage.

It is the perfect location for a pet, with no passing traffic to worry about.

Langley Cottage provides a perfect base for couples wanting to explore Caithness or a day trip to Orkney. It is also ideal for professionals looking for quality accommodation and a fully equipped kitchen while working in the area.
